Product Description
The cutting machine is to adopt new technologies of Europe, Automatic cutting wide mouth plastic products bottles. Incision smooth, low-cost, High-yield advantages. Technical parameters are as follows.
1. Basic specification: φ 10-φ 160 mm ( we can depend on the customers bottles demanding).
2. Size: ( length * width *height): 550*400*1320 (mm)
3. Weight: 150Kg
4. Power: (KW) 0.55 Three Phase induction motors (including reducer).
5. Pulley speed: 120(r/min)
6. Incision knife: High-speed carbide just to strengthen handling, cut the width of 40mm, adjustable, flexible.
7. It is able to cope with the main machine into the plastic bottles, cutting plastic bottles and meanwhile bottles will separate automaticly from the edge scrap of bottles.
8. Conveyor belt without nodes, adjustable degree of tension, high stability of the bottles is falling back.
9. Enter Plastic bottles height (mm): 122mm (Accordig to the production of highly specific needs, adjustable)
